Quest Software's Technology Day, Nov 25: The Converging Paths of SQL Server & SharePoint
Hi All,
Quest is hosting the Technology Day event in the Maidenhead office next Tuesday, Nov 25 from 8:30 till 15:00. The announced topic is "The Converging Paths of SQL Server & SharePoint". The reality is, there's a number of deployments where
SharePoint admins face all sorts of issues with performance,
availability, capacity, recovery, etc. just because at the time of
SharePoint rollout the only thing they had told SQL people was how much
space to allocate for it. The goal of this event is to advocate the idea that SQL DBA and SharePoint administrator should ideally work as a team, or at least talk each other from time to time. And of course to show how our products help in each area. Some details and the agenda below:
